She was predeceased by: her father John C. "Jay". She is survived by: her mother Joann Ackerman (Rhoades); her husband John Lacy; her sons, Rick Lacy of Fishers, Ind and Jed Lacy of Morton; her siblings, Doug Ackerman (Christine) of Washington, Ill., Jody Bugaieski of Morton and Wendy Fox (Mike) of Morton; and her nieces and nephews, Kiley (Brock Bugaieski), Morgan Vishy, Halle Fox, Nicole (Mike Lacy) and Shannon (Megan Lacy). She is also survived by her children and their friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Runners Association or Central Illinois Memorial Kidney Fund.
