She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin Elliott and Vermeta Elliott (Fernandes); her husband James Skinner; her sister Jeanie Kaufmann; her daughter Brenda Sampson (David) of Pensacola, Fla.; her grandsons, Nathan Mead (Heidi) of Spokane, Wash and Nicholas Mead of New Port, Ore.; her great grandchild Leanna Mead-Maltais (Andrew) of Pensacola, Fla.; and her brother Lonnie Elliott (Sheri) of East Moline, Ill. She was also cherished by four nephews.
