He was predeceased by: his son Jim (Sue); and his siblings, Glenn (Vivienne) and Howard (Themis). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Jennifer Baron (Rick) and Janice Lorraine (Tom); his grandchildren, Cristina Hansen, Stephen Hansen, Susan Ingram, Gail Wiercioch (Paul) and Therese Cramer; and his great grandchildren, Evan Wiercioch, Michael Ingram and Thea Wiercioch.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Simkins Funeral Home (6251 Dempster St, Morton Grove, IL 60053-2818). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
