He is survived by: his wife Ana "Maggie" Soberon; his children, Joseph Soberon (Lori), Christine Welninski (Scott) and Ruben Soberon (Dawn); his grandchildren, Joseph Soberon (Sheena), Samantha Kleckner (Tim), Jason Soberon (Tracy) and Steven Soberon (Rosa); his great grandchildren, Logan, Chloe, Joseph, Alex, Anthony, Jack and Lucas; and his siblings, Betty (late Tony), Jorge (late Carmen), Miguel and Mary (Luis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
