He is survived by: his wife Terry (Mary); his children, Christine Schwartz of Fridley, MN, Donna McCullough (Rick) of Kansas City, MO, TeriAnn Gannon of Cary, IL, Susan Schlag of Indianapois, IN and Edward Schlag of Addison, IL; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Ben, Ronnie, Christi, Cory, Charlie, Emily, David, Spencer, Grant, Gianna and Penny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
