He is survived by: his spouse Erin; his child Declan; his parents, Sarin Prak and Singuon Prak; his siblings, Mony Anderson, Britany Miller (Steve), Elizabeth Carpenter and Marie Louise Stalions (Noah); his parent-in-law Hon; his siblings-in-law, Kerry Siefer (Chris), Martin Howard (Sarah) and Patrick Howard; and also Leslie Carpenter.
