Bethard (Ann) of Taylorville, IL and Mindy Collingwood (Mike) of Taylorville, IL; his grandchildren, Tyler Collingwood (Kate) of Taylorville, IL and Allison Collingwood of Taylorville, IL; and his siblings, Steve Bethard (Jenny) of Morrisonville, IL, Phil Bethard (Susan) of Morrisonville, IL and Kim Millburg (Dennis) of Morrisonville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
