He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Washington and Anna Florence Lush (Oliver); and his siblings, Erma Horrell, Martin Leo Lush, Norma Herkert and Linda Lou Lush.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Moore of Morrisonville, Dennis Lush (Joyce) of Taylorville, Brenda Whalen (Jim Beaty) of Morrisonville, Christine Lush of Morrisonville, Ronald Lush (Doris) of Kincaid and Martha Neal (Sam) of Pawnee. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
