He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Franklin and Ruth Franklin; and his siblings, Donna and Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheri VanGerpen (Royce), Shirley Jones and Galen Lee Franklin (Elaine). He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren.
