She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Richter and Veronica Richter (Goebel); her husband Thomas A. Hilquist; her brother Rich; her friend Renitta; her siblings, Rose Mundhenke, Jim Richter and Gerald Richter; her sister-in-law Linda Richter; her brother David; her sisters-in-law, Karen Hilquist of Hawthorne Woods, IL and Jackie Hodlick of California; her great-nephew Karl; and her great-niece Janet Pezzelle. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, as well as their great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield IL.
