He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine; and his brothers, Larry and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughter Amber (Ken); his grandchildren, Dakota, Jenna, Gavin and Madisyn; and his siblings, Ron (Maureen), Sherry (Gary), Diane, Sue (Joe), Harold (Colette) and Ken (Marie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
