He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Sue Clark; his parents, James and Bertha; and his siblings, James L., John A., William Howard, Louise, Lillian, Bernadette and Rose Ann.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Clark (Tabetha) of Springfield, Timothy Clark of Mt. Dora, FL, Nicholas Clark (Glenda) of Edinburg and Samuel Clark of Valier; and his siblings, Margaret Latimer (John) of Jasper, IN, Monica Grant of Vancouver, WA, Lenora Spencer of Elizabethtown, KY and Joseph H. Clark (Shirley) of Taylorville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
