She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Watters and Freida Watters (Davis); her husband Max Dewey Chitwood Sr.; her son Mark Chitwood; her grandchildren, Brittany Morell and John Tyler Morell; and her sisters, Thelma Gibson and Brenda Watters.
She is survived by: her children, Max Dewey Chitwood, Jr. (Bev) of Taylorville, Michael Chitwood (Pam) of Owaneco, Anthony Chitwood (Shelly) of Taylorville, John Chitwood (Kim) of Whitley City, Kentucky, Melissa Morell of Morrisonville and Terri Rickman (Rex) of Taylorville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Andrea Adams, Ashley Chitwood, Sean Chitwood, Jordan Chitwood, Tiffany Rickman, Zachary Chitwood, Colton Rickman, Jerrica Remlinger, Tyler Chitwood, Payton Chitwood, Haley Chitwood and Hannah Chitwood; her great grandchildren, Emmaline, Logan, Clementine, Scarlett, Kaylee, Mark, Carter Chitwood, Sawyer Adams, Barrett and Oakleigh Remlinger; her sisters, Emma Lucille Watters, Carolyn Watters Davis and Patty Wyatt; and also, Reuben "JuneBug" Watters, Billy Ray Watters and Roy Lee Watters.
