Verna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Pickens and Hazel G. Pickens (Lawrence); her husband Marvin J. Snyder; her grandson Justin Weimer; her siblings, Lenorah Gordon, Doretta Newendyke, Oliver Pickens, Ellis Pickens and William Pickens; and her son-in-law Joe Klimson.
She is survived by: her children, Polly Klimson of Fulton, IL, Genny Knight (Derek) of Huntley, IL, Jill Everson (Darryl) of Abilene, TX, James Snyder (Dawn) of Eldridge, IA and Hal Snyder (Linda) of Morrison, IL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Morrison Community Daycare Center.
