He is survived by: his father James Kophamer; his wife Cathy Kophamer (Meiners); his siblings, Mark Kophamer (Sharon), Kathryn Hubbard (Dan), Joan Wear (Tom) and Amy Robbins (Joe); his children, Adam Kophamer (Maja), Eric Kophamer (Ashley) and Ashley Lewis (Levi); and his grandchildren, Brandt, Ethan, Jase, Wyatt, Hannah, Ella, Lane and Leonora.
