He is survived by: his mother Beverly Lester (Buckingham) of Sterling; his children, Lucas Howard (Lindsay) of Rock Falls, Spring Schick (Steve) of Rock Falls, Justin Lester (Carmelita) of Rock Falls and Casey Lester (Carrie) of Roscoe, IL; his siblings, Linda Wilburn of Sterling and Dean Lester (Ann) of Sterling; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Zoie, Stevie, James, Emma, Ember, Sophia, Cecilia, Miles and Lucas Jr. "Bear".
