She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Verle" Conrad and Hazel Conrad (LaValley); her husband James Pell; and her son Kevin Pell. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Pell (Brenda) of Fulton, David Pell of Fulton and Douglas Pell (Debra) of Fulton; her grandchildren, Jimmy Pell, Kristen Reifinger (Zac) and Jessica McClain (Shawn); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Maci, Oliver, Myla, Palmer Pell, Lucas, Aiden Reifinger and McClain of Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the Fulton Elementary School Library and the Whiteside County Fair have been established.
