He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Owen and Dorothy C. Lowery (Whitver). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Zigler (Joshua) of Morrison, Danielle Lowery of Sterling, IL and Eric Lowery (Katie) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Augest Zigler, Haley Zigler (Brandon Dewey), Brandon Zigler (Brooke Clayton), Thomas Zigler, Natalie Zigler and Wyatt Zigler; and his siblings, Barbara Warling of LaCrosse, WI and Donald Lowery (Judy) of Richmond, VA.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
