He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Story and Stella Story (Mickey); his siblings, Keith, Marcia Kay and Linda Terrill; his sister-in-law Judy Story; and his pet Lambeau.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ketelsen; his children, Marsha Story of Prophetstown, IL, Mallory Hardesty (Jim) of Morrison and Mitchell Story (Anna) of Morrison; his grandchildren, Mya Lauren, Alivia, Lisa and Vincent; his brother Robert Story of Middleton, WI; and his pet Wrigley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (601 N Jackson St, Morrison, IL 61270).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Hospital, a cause which was dear to Lauren's heart.
