He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Apple and Mildred Apple (Bushman); and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Eichelburger, Donald and William Apple.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Apple of Morrison; his children, Charles Apple of Davis, Christan Schrader (Brent) of Prophetstown and Sara Dolezalek (Jeremy) of Savoy, TX; his siblings, David Apple (Doris) of Rock Falls, Eileen Linton of Rock Falls, Robert Apple (Betty) of Tampico, Rita Clifton of Sterling and Doris Amesquita (Leonard) of Rock Falls; his grandchildren, Jacob Apple, Molly Jones, Mackenzie, Jay Schueler, Laura, Adam, Rosalynn, Maria and Dominic Dolezalek; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Bowie, Jagger and Kensley.
