He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Smith; and his sister Jennifer Smith. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Williamson (Richard) of Sterling; his children, Eric, Jr., Jennifer, Erica, Joseph, Brysen and Tristen; and his siblings, Tammy Engelkens (Steve Cassens) of Dixon, Tonya Smith (Brick Boss) of Rock Falls, Elizabeth Schick of Sterling, Cody Robnett of Rock Falls, Christopher Dahlberg of Rock Falls, Jeremey Udell (Sheila) of Rock Falls, Cody Walters (Courtney) of Dixon and Chad Williamson of Rock Falls.
Masks and social distancing will be in effect for public visitation from 11:00am-1:00pm on Monday, February 15, 2021 at McDonald Funeral Home, 505 1st Ave, Sterling.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
