She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ballard and Dora Ballard (Nicely); her husband Jesse Bailey; and her daughter Teresa Cross. She is survived by: her children, Dora "Dody" Ogburn (Rick), Veronica "Vicky" Heady, Mark Gibson (Debbie), Clinton, Shawn Bailey (Tina) and Michelle "Missy" Meinsma (Ed Elms); and her stepchildren, Denise Chapman (David) of Katy, TX and Craig Bailey (Chris) of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
