He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roe and Eileen Roe (McComb); and his son James William. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Patty Jackson (Bret) of Bedford, GA and Kathy Rink (Peter) of Morris; his grandchildren, Sarah Roe, Lauren Roe, Jeremy Enger, Katie Seidler (Adam), Kaleb Jackson, Kyle Jackson, Nathan Rink (Jennifer) and Heather Johnston (Derek); and his sister Judy Granby (Gary).
