He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lear and Morene Lear (Greenan); his wife Nancy Granville; his sister Lorene; and his grandson Alex Clemmons.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Belinda) of New Lenox, Kevin (Patti) of Morris and Teresa Clemmons (Bob) of Morris; his grandchildren, Nick Clemmons (Brigette), Olivia Miller (Seth), Derek Lear, Carter Lear, Chet Lear and Graham Lear; his great grandchildren, Bobby, Everly Clemmons and Amelia Miller; his brother Gordon; his siblings-in-law, Barb Kleinfeldt, Susan Granville and Bob Granville; and his niece Colleen Feeney.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
