It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Soberanis-Berkley of Morris, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Soberanis (Gomez) and Violet Soberanis; her husband Herman Berkley; and her children, Delmas Dawson, Jr., Joseph Dawson and Rosita Soberanis.

She is survived by: her children, Seaford Dawson (Gloria), Punta Gorda, Belize, Carol Soberanis-Swart (Ronald) and Alicia Sprosty (Lonnie). She is also survived by 13 loving grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 requirements, safe social distancing will be required and we are asking for visitors to wear their masks while visiting the family.
