It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera June Oko (Morris, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth McAnany and John McAnany; her son Ricky Davison; her parents-in-law, June Oko and Robert Shuller; and her sisters, Sharon Calene and Dottie Fields.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Oko; her children, Glen Davison (Caroline), John Davison (Jackie), Diana Davison Greenberg (Mike) and Robin Oko Engelmeyer (Allen); her daughter-in-law Maria Lulewicz; her grandchildren, Brittany, Anthony, Allie, Alec, Kamryn, Johnny, Kiaya, Kaylie Sue, Braden, Michael, Rick and Brandon; her great grandchild Ryan; and her sister Bette Lou Bagato. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Facemasks and social distancing are required at the funeral home.
