He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raleigh, Shirley Miller, Eddie and Rita Washburn. He is survived by: his son Nolan Washburn; his wife Jamie Washburn (Kingman); his parents, Greg Washburn and Jacqueline Kuntz (Dale); his brother Timothy Washburn (Holli); and his aunts and uncles, Linda, David Smith, Cynthia, Dean Webb, Carol and Bob Crawford. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jamie Washburn to start a college fund for their son Nolan.
