He was predeceased by: his father William C. Bloomfield; and his grandparents, Chuck, Lillian Bloomfield, Tom and Carolyn Lizenby.
He is survived by: his mother Vickie Bloomfield; his son William Urijah Bloomfied; his wife Brigette Bourke; his daughter Brianna Goforth (Jeff); his siblings, Tom Bloomfield and Tiffany Nix; his grandchildren, Aribella, Sienna, Nate and Eloise Goforth; and also, Bill and Lynn Bourke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Tim's memory to his family to create an education fund for his son, William.
