Thomas Spiewak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Spiewak (Morris, Illinois), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine (Domikaitis) and Steven Spiewak, Sr.; and his siblings, Jerry Spiewak and Debra Faron (late Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Laurie Philgren; his son Jeffrey Philgren (Sereena); his grandchildren, Bryson and Jazmin; his children, Ashley Wagner (Trevor), Frederick Spiewak Sr. and April Kanapilly; and his brother Steve Spiewak (Cheryl). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his name can be made to his family to distribute to causes important to the Spiewak family.
