He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Louis and Enes Louise Girot (Sarti); and his grandparents, Joseph, Albina Sarti, Mary Girot and Louis Bertetti.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Kindelspire (Tom) of Morris; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Switt (David) of San Pierre, Eugene Glowacki (Darla) of Michigan City, Indiana and Rebecca Greenlaw (Mike) of Michigan City, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kindelspire (Heidi), Scott Kindelspire (Karen), Hannah Russell (Chad), Olivia Glowacki, Emily Glowacki, Briana Rivera (Troy) and Taylor Burroughs. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Tommy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the family for their distribution to a local cause.
