It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Ray Siwek of Morris, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Siwek and Caroline Siwek; and his wife Bernadette Siwek (Migut). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Denise, Michael, Tracy (Damon) and Kenneth (Jenn); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Christopher and Nicholas. He is also survived by three stepdaughters.
Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
