He is survived by: his wife Shandra Peterson; his children, Matthew Peterson of St. Petersburg, FL, Ashley Peterson of Chicago and Sara Peterson of Morris; his stepchildren, Brock Nelson (Rachel) of Morris and Tiffany Nelson of Plainfield; his grandchildren, Brody, Bauer and Ellyza Nelson; and his siblings, Mick Peterson (Carole) of Pontiac, Mary Jo Darin (Rob) of Morris and Andy Peterson (Julie) of Coal City. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins along with many very dear friends.
