He is survived by: his wife Sara L. Matteson; his children, Kimberly Curtsinger (James) of Louisville, Kentucky, Heather Haynes of Morris and David Haynes of Marseilles; his grandchildren, Shelby Verhasselt (Andrew), Brandon Haynes, Remington Haynes, Anthony Haynes, Jonathon Haynes, Zoey Haynes and Rihanna Haynes; and his brothers, Tommy Potts (Sandra) and Herbie Bell (Charlene).
