He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Wix and Margaret Wix (Hjemvick). He is survived by: his children, Heather Faletti (Barney) of Braidwood, Martin Wix (Julie) of Collinsville and Stephenie Bryan (Scott) of Longwood, Florida; his grandchildren, Meghan, Michael, Austin and Payton; and his brother Mark Wix of Loda.
Memorials may be given to Lightways Hospice or National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
