He is survived by: his wife Kristina Kavanaugh (Mathis); his children, Maximus, Thomas and Sophia; his parents, Joann McComb (Gregg) and Mark Kavanaugh; his siblings, Hannah Kavanaugh, Anthony Kavanaugh (Nicole) and Jake Kavanaugh; his nephew Sawyer Kavanaugh; his niece Rylan Kavanaugh; his grandmother Patricia Kavanaugh; his uncle Kevin Kavanaugh (Jody); and his aunts, Valerie Bunch and Kelly Kavanaugh-Eddleman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name for the benefit of his children would be appreciated.
