She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wayne and Laverne Ashby. She is survived by: her mother Deanna Ashby of Morris, IL; her son Kalen Collins of Gary, IN; her sister Rebecca Taylor (Phillip) of Venice, FL; her nieces and nephews, Christian Taylor and Savannah Taylor; her aunts, Joann Ashby and Brenda Surinak (Robert); and her cousins, Darcie Horner (Chad), Stacy Koerner (Ryan), Jillian Surinak, Bradley Surinak, Lindsay Fowler (Shane), Brooklyn, Paige Fowler and Maven Koerner.
