She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy; her son-in-law Bruce Smith; and her children, Phillip Hankins and Lisa Hankins. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie F. Smith and Libby Fugate; her grandchildren, Jennifer Perry (Mike) and Brandt Smith (Missy); her great grandchildren, Alexa Shaw, Ashley Shaw, Elizabeth Shaw, Samuel Shaw, Jessica Scott, Sophie Smith and Josef Smith; and her great great grandchild Jace Cailey.
