She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Smith (Mueller) and Harry Smith. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her siblings, Rita Mudd, Sue Hudson, Terry and Rick Smith; and her stepchildren, Chanda Radigan, Ginger Hollenbeck and Benjamin Radigan. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Rosie's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
