She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Staab (Koerner) and Charles Staab; her siblings, Rudy Staab (Adeline), Edward Staab (Marcella), Alfred Staab (Alice), Charles Staab (Marcella), Freida Dinges (Sylvester), Flora Doerfler (Alfred) and Tillie Leiker (Fritz); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Dreiling and Alfred Dreiling.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Doerfler; her children, William "Bill" Doerfler (Terry) of Morris, IL and D'Nelle Lyons (Gary) of Richardson, TX; her grandchildren, Mark Doerfler (Lisa) of Warrenville, IL, Nicholas Doerfler (Erica) of Morris, IL, Stephanie Becker (Joel), Ashley Fisher (Grant) and Amber Manzanilla (Ray); her great grandchildren, Luke, Patrick, Jack, Blaise Doerfler, Quinn, Avery Fisher, Isabella and Aria Manzanilla; her sisters, Josepha "Joey" Dreiling of Colorado, Geraldine "Geri" Dreiling of Colorado and Mary Louise Staab of Hays, KS; and her sister-in-law Sophie Staab of Catherine, KS..
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Immaculate Conception School or Joliet Area Community Hospice.
