He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Mayfield and Jack Mayfield; his brother Terry Mayfield; and his brother-in-law Bobbie Himes. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Mayfield; his sons, Buck and Brett Mayfield; and his sisters, Linda Nolan (Patrick) and LouAnn Himes. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
