He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry W. Jean and Beverly Jean (Lowery); his wife Cheryl West; his granddaughter Haven; and his brother Tim Fisher (Bertha) of Yorkville. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry, and his daughter, Vanessa Memorials may be directed to the family.
