He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marx and Ellen Marx (Bratsch); and his brothers, Ronald Marx and John Marx. He is survived by: his wife Kim Marx; his sons, Rob Marx of Dwight, IL and Rick Marx of Marseilles, IL.; his grandchildren, Taylor, Christian, Connor, Cameron and Cody; his siblings, Karen Marshall (Gerald) of Morris, IL, Jerry Marx of Morris, IL, Darrell Marx (Lynn) of Morris, IL and Dennis Marx (Kris) of Ohio; and his sister-in-law Deb Marx of Morris, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fruland Funeral Home (121 W Jefferson St, Morris, IL 60450). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church.
Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church in Morris.
