It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard E. McTague of Morris, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabian McTague and Olive McTague (Patton); his son Mark McTague; and his siblings, Maxine Brooks (Dale), Doris Tucker (Bert), Gerald McTague, Bonnie McTague and Joanne McNeely (Ken).

He is survived by: his wife Merle Aschenbrenner; his daughter Lynne Malone (Mike); his granddaughters, Madi, Megan and Madison Malone; and his sister-in-law Geraldine McTague. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
