She was predeceased by: her parents, Darlene Chouinard and Richard "Riz" Chouinard; and her sister Diane Rooney. She is survived by: her husband Peter Dummitt; her daughter Selina Dummitt; her siblings, Sue Benson, Cherie Prosser (Doug) and Richard Chouinard (Buz); her brother-in-law Pat Rooney; and her friend Leslie Ambrose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made as gifts in Rhea's memory to the American Heart Association.
