He is survived by: his close friend Patricia "Pat" Cockream; his daughters, Betty Milner (Lance) and Mary Kunde (Steve); his stepdaughter Jill Bunker (Ken); his grandchildren, Matthew Milner (Julie), Kathryn Libbey (Jason), Elizabeth Roach (Mike), David Kotula (Robin), Christopher Kotula, Josephine Bieda (Tyler), Timothy Kunde, William Kunde, Danielle Gulling (Bennett), Derek Cockream (Kayla), Tori Ellis (Rory) and Tyler Bunker (Cheyenne); his great grandchildren, Jaylah, Zachary, Zoey and Octavia; and his brother-in-law Walter Mozdzierz. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
