He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Andrew and Hunter Vickery. He is survived by: his wife Anne (Gunnerson); his children, Jason (Lisa), Jonathan (Regina) and Jessica Nelsen (Billy); his grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler (Harvey), Caeden, Olivia, Ava and Kensington; and his friend Jim Horton.
