He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his daughters, Sarah Roth (Kevin Davies) of Joliet and Lauren Roth of Morris; his grandchildren, Preston and Layla; his mother-in-law Shirley Knapp; and his brother-in-law Shawn Knapp of Morris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
