She was predeceased by: her parents, Nils Halvorsen and Elise Halvorsen. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Collings (Ray) of Atlanta, Lori Chelsen (late David) of Newark, Mark Chelsen (Jeanne) of Ankeny, Miriam Tollefson (Rick) of Newark and Paul Chelsen (Laura) of Wheaton. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
