He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Walter and Lorena Hines Rybak. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rybak of Topton; his daughters, Lorie Nelson of Morris, IL, Donna Rybak of Morris, IL and Paula Schram of Morris, IL; and his brother Laurence Rybak of Woodridge, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
