He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McIntosh and Mary Elizabeth McIntosh (Thomas); his brother George McIntosh (Star); his parents-in-law, Nadine Duay (Louis) and Hershel Campbell; and his brother-in-law Rex Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry McIntosh of Diamond; his children, Kendall McIntosh (Lori) of Raymore, Tymara Ehrler (David) of Norton and Alana Doss (Joshua) of New Lenox, Illinois; his grandchildren, Victoria Pintar (Richard), Audrey, Olivia, Abigail McIntosh, Matthew, Ryan, Jacob, Tyler, Colten Ehrler and Aidan Doss; his sister-in-law Donita Marciniec (Dan) of Elgin; and his nephew Scott McIntosh of Las Vegas.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Paul's memory to Faith Baptist Church of Goose Lake in Morris, Illinois, or to the charity of the donor's choosing.
